hey casper, yeah a projector'd plus sheet'd be great! Tak! we can bring our dvd player up - plus a ghetto blaster that can have audio input for sound. Does the projector have a video in connection?

You can always play it off a laptop with dvd player. I have some audio crossover cables if needed. Has anyone contacted the pub to see if they already have this equipment that we can use and if it is OK to do so?

The Pub is just aboove the Holiday Village: Contact info. can be found here: www.logcabins-skiwales.co.uk/rhiwgoch.htmIt is huge inside and split onto lots of rooms. As it's low season and there will be so many of us (20+) spending money on food and drink I'm sure they would be more than happy to let us set up the vid gear. Best to ask in advance tho. Joel

If so and you sell them in pairs like you you do other wheels can you bring a pair of 83mm 75a (ish) if you have them please. Then I dont have to pay for postage! I've booked a cabin up at traws but could someone do me a favour and pick up the keys!
I'm gonna be there about 23:00 and don't wanna piss the nice cabin people off.
I'll also try and blag a screen for the projector. but bring the hi-tech sheet soloution just in case.

5-6 should b plenty, used to be we only had 4 marshals including start and finish, that was prob about enough as well.

Timetable:
Saturday
1:00pm - Bales arrive and set-up.* 4:30pm - End Riding 5:30pm - Pub - Video evening
Sunday
9:00am - Riding 1:00pm - Lunch Hour 2:00pm - Riding 4:00pm - Clean Up
* 1pm Sat start is due to having to load the bales on Sat morning. There is only ONE person loading. If a couple people can get to the M62 on Friday evening then we will be able to start riding on Sat much earlier. PLEASE HELP.
