The data logger looks impressive, was it the work of a moment to add the graphics to the video ?

It was a bit fiddly to get it right the first time, but should be easier now I've worked out how to do it. The video footage was taken with my trusty Oregon ATC3K. The data was logged on my phone using Trackmaster, then exported and converted to a video using RaceChrono2AVI. Finally, the data video was overlaid onto the ATC3K video using Video Edit Magic 4.4.
There are probably easier ways to do it, but it worked and isn't bad for a first attempt "proof of concept". You'll notice if you look closely that the data shown is actually from a different run than that shown in the video, but it's pretty close.
We had a bit of a moment at Coach House - I thought we were going to collect a couple of spectators.
Unfortunately I didn't get any data from Border Bogies as my phone was flat. Using the GPS fair sucks the battery. It should be easier to get data at Catterline as if it's flat I can just nip home and recharge it.
I might try and strap my phone to a couple of the carties at Cairngorm to get some real "in race" data. You'll have to promise not to crash though.
