This is a bad idea because..... www.phred.org/~josh/bike/trail.htmlIt messes up the years of development that have gone into producing a self-centering front wheel on your bike Though you can then compensate for slackening the head angle by extending the drop-out forward, to re-install the req'd trail ! At the expense of low speed handling You then also have to find a way of attaching a saddle..... We did this a few years back (2004, I think) for a giggle (and to disprove the flippin' theory, lol ) and ended up with a bike that will forever be known as 'the beast', with good reason........

Couldn't disagree more . There is nothing wrong with flipped frames. Two of mine are flipped and they handle very well. It's all about personal preference. If you are thinking of trying a flipped frame, DO. Don't let this article put you off. Nice to have a debate going on here for a change though ;D Attachments:

Looked pretty good to me at Dalby - you guys were pretty amazing to watch...... and I was the starter!! Keep doing what you're doing.
