...but sadly only for the Inliners. Here's a link anyway - clickyIt's basically a 78mm or 80mm wheel that transmits all that data to a watch. Only for the 8 wheelers at the moment but hopefully a more, erm, proper use of the technology can be found... Unless anyone's brave enough to try and hack one?

Bit "happy" looking. Also questionable as to what speeds it is accurate up to and how long the wheel will last for. The Ski spedo looks more usable - ClickyBut I'll stick with my GPS that also has a watch thanks.
