Hello All, I ve been on to Screwfix via Facebook to see if they are running another cartie challenge this year.......they're not. Its a bit of a shame as I enjoyed it and I guess some of you did too. Anyway ,what this means ,as I need some space in my garage , is that I m going to sell my off-road cartie. It came fourth in the finals in Scotland and raced under the name Team Black Dog , with a bit of tweaking it could do better. It would nt be any use for the serious downhill events Cairngorm,Dalby etc but would make a good base for a novelty cart if you havent got time to build one. The brakes are rudimentary and theres not a parallel bit of metal on it but it runs great. So if anyones interested I ll post pictures. I dont want much for it just enough to cover a few parts ,bearings, tyres, cables, steel etc. So offers around £100 would cover it. I hope its okay to post this here, if not I m sure the mods. will feel free to move/delete it. See you around Rick

Heres a pic. If you are still interested pm me and I ll tell you all about it. Warts and all! I ve put 20 ins wheel on the back since this pic and the brakes are now a steel bar which press directly onto the wheel, this would nt be allowed in most races so it would need calipers or discs fitting. I did it this way for the offroad so the brakes would nt get bunged up with mud and bind. Photo courtesy of Screwfix Attachments:
