Hi all:- Many thanks to Roy for a great day out at Catterline with blazing sun to the point of almost being too hot. The organisation was as smooth as a baby's bum with a tow up the hill for any old codgers unfit to tackle a strenuous push. There were a few mishaps with Graham's 'Pist'n'broke shunt into the bank at the first corner on his test run probably being the hardest to take as it put him out for the rest of the day. Team Rookit winning with two crashes in three runs takes the biscuit. ;D The approach to the finish had a nasty bump which didn't help drivers set up nicely for the following swing left and breaking area before the rumbly stone section. The finish of my first timed run was nearly the end for me and the shocks had to be softened for the other runs to reduce bounce. Adjusted the brakes for the last run to stop the wheels locking up and went for a slower run which turned out to be the fastest. www.youtube.com/watch?v=iHB-Ettl_G0 Time 36.18sec www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wc8_43Lrd54 Time 37.06 Shaken confidence www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vdsx89NANSY Time 35.43 35.43 Play with brakes to boost confidence ;D

Another cracking day at Catterline. The sun was shining all day long for the racers and spectators ;D ;D Thanks to the organisers and marshalls who make it run smoothly and helped us to get Team Rooket back up the hill when we were bent. But a massive thanks to Graham from "Pist n Broke" and Rich from "Art trike" and "Night train" for their assistance getting us ( at Team Rooket), back up and running in double quick time. A real disapointment for Graham though with his accident just after "jimmys" corner wrecking his cart and his day. No doubt he will get going again with his usual smile and be ready to take in the world again at CSE. See you all at Cairngorm.

Hi Azuma
Yip it was a disapointment for us at Catterline. ;D We will just laugh it off. No bad though as this is the only time we have had a problem with the cartie. Thanks for the kind words in your post, we are like the rest of the teams, if we can help out in any way we will. Quite enjoyed being a spectator though. ;D
