well drscope extends a 2-minute race into a 12-minute video so this is good. Looks like a lot of people have problems with high CG karts. Also, why the tires/cones in the road? i suppose that's to add to the challenge. Any course length/grade details?

That video compresses an afternoon's racing into a couple of minutes. The course is short, steep and very technical. The cones are there for loads of reasons, but mostly because they're fun. You get a time penalty if you hit them. The tyres are to keep the carties out of the crowd. Full details at catterline.org/carties
