Does anyone know of any suitable roads in and around Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire where I could run my streetluge?
Somewhere with relatively smooth tarmac and quiet traffic. I heard Kempston being mentioned by some stand-up guys at Eastbourne but I'm not sure where.

Anyway, I think I may have a potential venue (Haslingfield/Barrington area). I'm thinking of going out there to survey the area tomorrow afternoon so if any one is local to Cambs and Beds and would like to come along, that would be great.

I had a look around the road today, it is straight as an arrow with quite a drop from top to bottom but it is not as quiet as I was led to believe. It will be good fun for cyclists but for luging, the risk of ending up under oncoming traffic is quite high in my humble opinion, especially as you pop over some of the blind crests.

I realise High Wycombe is not in beds / cambs, but might not be too far? I've not been to the hill in question, but i think there's a bit of downhill skate happening occasionally

Hi,
I've not managed to find any that are good, then again i've not looked that hard. Have you found anything? I might go and have a look around Gog Magog this weekend, as there are hills and quite a few quite roads.
