Ok chaps, after being a drafting dummy for everyone for a while now ,and having a shelf on the back of the luge which Will enjoyed resting his feet on i have took the angle grinder to the Dred Sled, with it running fine with the single truck at the rear, there was an acute excess of baggage so off it came and the front also and the handles/grips repositioned to streamline the thing.. here is the front end before and the front end after and the same with the rear after and this is the 2.5 Kg removed, only 1.5 pounds put back on with the new skin of alloy and foam. here is the rear so far, looking a tad more streamlined. watch this space for the net installment.........

Im liking how you donned your leathers to pose for a picture in your back garden! 'Remember kids when lying on a luge whether bombing it down a hill or lying in your back garden with the rear wheels off, ALWAYS WEAR PROTECTION!'

PS. Cut that hedge Stephenson!!!

Nice one Will i have got foam pieces to attach to butt up to my shoulders to try and get the drag down but not sure how to attach them, its looking like a job for the glue gun and more paper afterwards. the front has a thin coat of filler at the moment and it looks splendid, will post pics later in the week
